What we actually do

Cutting tools are a category where two products can look identical in a photograph and behave completely differently on the job. A drill bit rolled from round stock and one ground from solid look the same in a box. A resin cutting disc that has spent two years in a humid container looks the same as a fresh one. The buyer finds out later — usually in front of their own customer.

Our work is making sure that does not happen. We specify the grade properly, inspect production against that specification, and pack for the climate the goods are actually travelling to. When a buyer asks whether they need M35 cobalt or whether plain HSS M2 will do, they get a straight answer — including when the cheaper option is the right one.

Most of our customers are distributors and importers building a hardware range for their own market. What they need is not the lowest possible price on one item; it is a consistent supply of goods that match the spec, in one container, from someone who answers quickly in English.

Where we ship

Our main markets are South Asia, the Middle East and South-East Asia — India, Pakistan, the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Qatar, Vietnam and the Philippines — with shipments worldwide. Packaging, labelling and documentation are prepared for the destination rather than for the shortest route out of the factory.
