- What is your minimum order quantity?
- It depends on the item, but we are flexible — most buyers start with a small trial order to check the goods in their own market before moving to container volumes. Tell us what you are planning and we will tell you what is workable.
- How fast will I get a quote?
- Within 24 hours on working days. You will get firm pricing, the exact specification, real product photos and the lead time — not a request to "contact us for details".
- Can you put our brand on the products?
- Yes. Private-label packaging, custom colour boxes and blister cards, and laser marking on the tools themselves. Send us your artwork and we will come back with what is possible and what it costs.
- Can you combine different products in one shipment?
- That is a large part of what we do. Drill bits, abrasives, saw blades, screwdriver bits and taps can go into one mixed container with one invoice and one set of export documents.
- What information should I include in my first message?
- The products and sizes you need, rough quantities, and your destination port. If you have a competitor sample or a photo, send that too — it removes most of the back-and-forth.
- Which markets do you ship to?
- We ship worldwide, with most volume going to India, Pakistan, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Qatar and neighbouring markets. Packaging and documentation are prepared for the destination.
